Dr. Babul P. Tewari is an Assistant Professor in (Gr. I) in the Department of CSE, NIT Durgapur, an Institute of National Importance, Sikhsha Mantralaya, Government of India. Previously he served as Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science & Engineering at Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda West Bengal which is a CFTI under Ministry of Education, Government of India. Previously he has served as Assistant Professor and Head in the department of Computer Science & Engineering of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur, India. His Ph. D research work is under the supervision of Dr. Sasthi. C. Ghosh at ACMU, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. He has been awarded Ph.D[Tech] in Computer Science and Engineering by the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India in 2019. Prior to that, he has completed his M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kalyani, Nadia, India. His broad area of research is wireless communications, Mobile computing, 5G D2D Communications, Handoff management etc. He has 19 years of experience in teaching.
