Dr. Mohd Arshad Ansari is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Economics, GITAM Deemed University, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He completed all his academic as well as professional education at reputed central universities, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, UP, and the University of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He was awarded the Best Paper award for "Environmental Kuznets Curve revisted: an analysis using ecological and material footprints" from the Institute of Eminence, University of Hyderabad. His research interests lie in environmental and energy economics, international economics, tourism development, and climate change. He has published 28 Research paper in the same areas in international journals for instance: Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Anatolia, The International Trade Journal, Management of Environmental Quality Journal, Energy Ecology and Environment, Ecological Indicators, Current Issues in Tourism, etc.
