About

Rahul acquired his bachelor's degree in 2012 from Amrita School of Engineering in Bangalore, India and Master's degree in Microelectronics and Microsystems in 2016 from TU Hamburg-Harburg, Germany. Since then, he is a Scientist at IHP, Frankfurt(Oder), Germany. His current research interests include silicon high-frequency power-efficient integrated systems for biomedical sensing applications and he is involved in developing mm-wave circuits, systems, and sensors for dielectric spectroscopy.
