I am Dr. Amol D. Lokhande working as a Principal in Navsahyadri Group of Institutions, Pune since 22/07/2024 to till date. I have worked as a former Head of the Department and Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering with School of Engineering and Technology Sandip University, Nashik , Maharashtra , India . I am having 27 years of experience in field of teaching. I have published 61 papers in the National and International journals of repute. I have also attended National and International Conferences, webinars, FDPs , short term training programs , orientation programs and refresher courses . I have worked as a session chair at NIT’S, NBA/NAAC coordinator at college level, Deputy Controller of examinations at university level, Ph.D and PG Co-ordinator at University Level, Sport’s Co-ordinator, Social Activities Co-ordinator, Chairman of various subjects, External Examiner & Senior Supervisor given by SPPU Pune. I have worked as a V-Labs Nodal Coordinator associated with IIT Bombay at institute level from June 2020. I am a Life Member of 'The Indian Society for Technical Education' an organization for promoting the quality and standards in technical education. I am also a Member of SAE India, IIIE, FIE and IFERP. I have organized a One week National Level workshop on “Basics of SciLab Programming” organized by Sandip University, School of Engineering and Technology, Nashik. Organized a STTP on “ISTE approved National Level on Turbo Machinery” organized by Sinhgad Institute of Technology. I have worked as a coordinator on “ISTE approved National Level STTP on Process Equipment Design” workshop organized by Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala. Worked as a coordinator in National Conference on “Computer Applications in Manufacturing Processes” organized by Sinhgad Institute of Technology, I am working as a Ph.D Supervisor at Mechanical Engineering , School of Engineering and Technology Sandip University, Nashik . At present, I have completed 02 Ph.D. Scholars and one pursuing Ph.D. scholar.
