I am Dr. Narsinh Dodia, Doctorate in Medicinal chemistry from Saurashtra University, Rajkot, India. I have vast experience in Organic chemistry, Medicinal chemistry, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) . Completed my postdocorate from Institute of Biomedical Sciences (IBMS), Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan. My post doctorate was specific to N-mustard (DNA-Alkylating Agent) and biological evaluation for Anticancer activity. I have profession experience in Medicinal chemistry, Drug Development, New chemical Entities (NCE), Process Research, Technology transfer, Scale up study, Process Robustness study. I have worked with Custom Research Organization (CROs) , API manufacturing organization . I have started my career with CRO and move to process research organization where the route scouting, Proof of concept and costing calculation activity were performed. The approved project to be executed in laboratory followed by communication and interaction with customer. The current work portfolio is to manage group of team and execution of bench work. Currently I am working with the Zentiva Pvt. Ltd as Manager-Process Research and Development.
I have additional responsibility to manage LEAN tool for the Pharmaceutical Development
