About
I am experimental High Energy Nuclear Physicist . My main research interests are studying highly dense matter composed of free quarks and gluons , also known as Quark Gluon Plasma. I have been part of PHENIX and sPHENIX experiments at Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) and also upcoming Electron Ion Collider (EIC) . For sPHENIX I am also involved in building Time Projection Chamber (TPC) detector . Also I am involved in several R&D projects associated with Micro Pattern Gaseous detector which will be one of the important detector for EIC.
