About
Interested in the biophysical aspects of protein folding, self-assembly, and protein-membrane interactions. I use biophysical experiments and computational approaches (MD simulation, AI/ML, and bioinformatics) for research. In PhD, I utilized amyloidogenic antimicrobial peptides to unravel the role of the secondary structure of protein in amyloid fibril formations.
