About
Ravi Shankar was born in Ranchi, India in year of 1985. He received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India in 2015. His research interest includes soft computing and FACTS application in power system design. Dr. Shankar presently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India since Jun 2016. Prior to Joining, he served as an Assistant Professor in electrical engineering department at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and National Institute of Technology Mizoram, India.
