I joined the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research as a Scientist in the year 2013. I posted at ICAR-NBSS&LUP, Regional Centre, Jorhat. My areas of expertise are the application of GIS and remote sensing in soil and water, Soil erosion assessment, land resource inventory of northeastern regions of India, water quality assessment, spatial variability of soil parameters, etc. From 2020 onwards, I'm working as Senior Scientist at ICAR-IIWM, Bhubaneswar.
