Dr. Lakshmi H R obtained her Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2025 in the Image Processing domain. She completed her B. E. from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University - VTU) in Electronics & Communication and M. Tech in VLSI Design & Embedded Systems from B N M Institute of Technology (affiliated to VTU). She has over 6 years of experience in her capacity as Assistant Professor and Researcher with topics of interest being – Image Processing, Information Security, VLSI, Embedded Systems. She has won the Young Woman Educator & Researcher Award by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED). She has authored many books, papers and book chapters in reputed journals and conferences. She has several patents and patent publications.
