Dr. Prangya Rath (PhD) is a qualified researcher interested in the fields of life sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, and cancer biology. She has a research experience of more than five years. During this time, she honed her research skills and expertise at some of the highly reputed institutes like Delhi University, South Asian University Delhi, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Amity University, etc.
She has qualified CSIR-SRF & NET (Life Sciences) 2021, CSIR JRF & NET (Life Sciences) 2017, CSIR UGC NET Lectureship (Life Sciences) 2016 & 2013; TIFR 2015.
Her work deals with molecular biology, metabolic disorders, cancer biology (human cell cultures), etc. where she has explored the underlying molecular mechanisms and cellular signaling pathways driving such disorders. The research contributions have illuminated pathways for potential therapeutic approaches by transforming our approach to diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of such disorders.
