About

I have passed BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from Rajshahi Medical College, Dental Unit under University of Rajshahi in May 2013 with 1-year internship from Rajshahi Medical College, Dental Unit.

With the experience of working in dental clinic for more than a year, I started working for Institute of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN) as a Non Local Resource Person (National Trainer) of Infant and young child feeding in Brahmanbaria, Kurigram, Jessore and Rajshahi for 6 months (January 1, 2015 - June 30, 2015).

After that I have completed my Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in Hospital Management from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) with a CGPA of 3.86 out of 4.00. I also have completed a thesis work on the “Quality of hospital services in 5S-KAIZEN-TQM implemented and non-implemented secondary level hospital in Bangladesh”. I worked as a Research Assistant for my thesis from July to December 2016.

Then I started working as a Research Assistant for the study “Pattern and effects of community participation in Rural Bangladesh through the community clinic approach”. I have collected data from the Community people regarding this research work on community clinics from Ragpur (Badarganj-Mithapukur), Mymensingh (Sadar-Gouripur), Sylhet (Jaintapur) and Barisal (Pirojpur-Mathbaria) for 19 Months (January 2017 - July in 2018).

Currently I am working as an Assistant Director (Hospital) in Aichi Hospital Ltd from 01/08/2017 to till date. Meanwhile, I have worked for consultancy in East west Medical College for Nursing Service Development, Infection Control.

Partly, working as an Assistant Professor of Update Dental College. Beside lectures, I am working for the establishment of a Dental Simulation Lab & Training Center.

I have a total experience of a Decade in learning, Training, Planning, Implementing, Research, Developing, Evaluating and Teaching.
