About
I have over 15 years of experience of working on water and environmental resources in the Himalaya and draw skillset from the disciplines of ecohydrology, ecology, hydrometeorology, hydrogeology, ecosystem services assessment, and remote-sensing of the environment. I have established long-term ecohydrological monitoring stations in Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Bihar, and the Western Ghats and have worked on nature-based solutions for Springshed Development using low-cost environmental sensors. I’m also well-versed in social methods and have experience in conducting social surveys, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and socio-ecological evaluation of community-based natural resource management programmes.
