Subhoshree Ghose

About

I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Brigham and Women's hospital in the Department of Medicine. My research focus is understanding the role of epigenetic factors in regulating fibroblast differentiation in rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. I am using single cell epigenomic and transcriptomic profiling to dissect cellular heterogeneity and complex regulatory networks.
