Dr. Amar Kumar Mishra has done PhD in HR, MBA (OB&HR), M.Com from the University of Burdwan (West Bengal). Besides he has qualified UGC NET in Management, Commerce and HR. Dr. Mishra has got experience of more than 21 years in academics and at present Dr. Mishra is rendering his services to Alliance University, Bengaluru as Professor in OB/HR. Dr. Mishra has published more than 130papers in various journals and conferences including 46 papers in Scopus/Web of Science indexed and ABDC listed journals (emerald/ Elsevier/Springer). An expert in SPSS and AMOS, Dr. Mishra has conducted more than three dozen workshops on Research Methodology in various colleges like Delhi University, Punjabi University, Patiala; Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad; Lucknow Central University, Lucknow , Grapgic Era University, Dehradun, Association For Research Advanced Studies, , Ludhiyana, Angappa College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, G Venkatswamy Naidu College, Kovilpatti , G L Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, Greater Noida, Presidency University, Bangalore, Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad, MIT Word Peace University, Pune to name a few. Besides, he also conducted two MDP on leadership and change at Petronet LNG, Dahej, Gujrat.
