About
Hi!
I am Vikrant. I graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering where I worked on Friction welding and Powder metallurgy. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology on High-Temperature Deformation of Additively Manufactured Superalloys.
My research interests include:
1. Crystal Plasticity
2. Creep of metals
3. Texture & Grain boundary engineering
4. Phase Transformations
5. High-pressure phase changes
