I, O.S. Prajapati joined as technical teaching faculty in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, India on 18.06.2013 where I am an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering. I was Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering during the period of 28.02.2013 to 17.06.2013 in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at M.L.V. Government Textile and Engineering College, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. I was Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research fellow of the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai, India sponsored research project “Investigation of Heat Transfer Characteristics of Nano-fluids in Subcooled Flow Boiling” in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India during the period of 17.09.2011 to 27.02.2013 and 17.09.2010 to 16.09.2012. I worked as Q.A. Engineer at KCWPL, Jaipur form 16.10.2007 to 15.07.2008. I obtained B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India in 2007 and M.Tech. degree in Energy Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India in 2010.
I have 6 month teaching experience, 2 year 5 month research experience and 9 month industrial experience. I have published five books on Heat Transfer with Nanofluids, Thermal Conductivity of Nanofluids, Engineering Materials, Renewable Energy Technology and Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning for engineering students and four book for diploma students. I have published 5 research papers in International journals and presented 21 research papers in International and National conferences.
