About
Biomedical researcher with a PhD and postdoctoral training in cell and molecular biology, disease-relevant cellular mechanisms, epigenetic regulation, gene-expression control, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. Experienced in studying how environmental and inflammatory cues regulate cellular phenotype, plasticity, and functional behavior. Demonstrates strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, primary cell isolation and culture, PCR/qPCR assays, molecular cloning and construct design, western blotting, ELISA, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, cellular transduction, and functional cell-based assays, including proliferation, migration, and invasion. Current postdoctoral work further expands expertise in engineered immune-cell and target-cell models. Author of seven peer-reviewed publications, including three as first author.
