About

I am an internationally oriented academic and researcher with over 15 years of experience in higher education, research, and academic leadership. Currently, I serve as Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at Werabe University and Director of the Research, Publication, Ethics, and Dissemination Directorate. My teaching portfolio includes financial and managerial accounting, finance, project management, and strategic management. My research interests span accounting, finance, financial institutions and markets, household finance and financial inclusion, entrepreneurship and small business management, project sustainability, green finance, and sustainable development. I also explore digital corporate communication, with growing engagement in AI, machine learning, and netnography. Previously, I worked at Jimma University, where I advanced from Graduate Assistant to Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance, serving as Chair of the Department of Accounting Education and Coordinator of the College Ethics and Grievance Handling Office. My work aims to advance financial literacy, inclusion, and sustainable competitiveness in emerging economies.
