Research: The solid-phase extraction and analysis of highly polar compounds in biological samples were explored based on packed functionalized electrospun nanofibers (PFSPE). A variety of extraction and determination methods for highly polar targets were developed, as well as the metabolism Omics screening technology was used to explore these potential biochemical markers in tumor population samples and which had made significant progress. The samples analyzed include urine, feces, and plasma. The target substances include: vitamin B families, monoamines and their metabolites, polyamines and their metabolites, short-chain fatty acids, amino acids, indole and metabolites, cortisol, methotrexate and their polymers.
