About
I am a Clinical Psychologist (RCI-licensed) and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Government MLB Girls PG College, Indore, affiliated with Devi Ahilya University. Previously, I served as a Clinical Psychologist at NIMHANS, Bengaluru—an Institute of National Importance—where I was involved in clinical services, training, and research. I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Devi Ahilya University. My research interests span clinical psychology, neuropsychology, cognitive rehabilitation, and the use of artificial intelligence in behavioral medicine, especially for depression, anxiety, and obesity. I have published widely in peer-reviewed journals and currently serve on the editorial board of BMC Trials and as a reviewer for journals such as BMC Psychology and Cureus. My ongoing projects include systematic reviews on AI-assisted psychotherapy and a multi-arm RCT on behavioral weight-loss interventions. I am committed to advancing interdisciplinary, evidence-based, and technology-enabled mental health care.
