About
My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying ventricular arrhythmias in metabolic diseases, with a particular emphasis on inflammatory lipid mediators and their role in cardiac electrical remodelling, fibrosis, and calcium dysregulation. My current work integrates cardiomyocyte isolation, high-fat diet models, immunohistochemistry, and ion channel analysis to uncover new therapeutic targets for arrhythmias.
