Dr. Shrikant B. Randhavane (Associate Professor) is a Civil Engineering expert with over 14 years of experience in research and teaching. He currently heads the Department of Civil Engineering at SVKM NMIMS GLOBAL INIVERSITY (Formerly, SVKM’s Institute of Technology), Dhule, Maharashtra.
He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from NIT Surat, specializing in Advanced Water and Wastewater treatment processes, particularly Hydrodynamic Cavitation. His work features significant contributions to industrial wastewater characterization, pesticide degradation, and environmental sustainability.
Dr. Randhavane has published extensively, with papers in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals covering hydrodynamic cavitation, water treatment, and concrete technologies. He has also contributed to patents and authored books in Engineering Geology and Construction Management.
As an active reviewer for several prestigious journals, he supports scholarly communication in chemistry, environmental engineering, and related fields. He participates regularly in national and international conferences, where he has won awards for best paper, best presenter, and young researcher.
Dr. Randhavane has led and contributed to diverse projects, including water treatment plant design, concrete innovations, and environmental assessments. He mentors Ph.D. students, coordinates institute innovation policies, and serves on multiple quality assurance and discipline committees.
His achievements include grants from SERB, DST India for international research presentations, and several technical awards. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, he is known for his strong leadership, responsible attitude, and adaptability in academic and technical settings.
