I am a legal practitioner and trained as a sociologist with more than a decade of experience working with the transgender community in Tripura and West Bengal. My research interests delve into the questions of marginality, body politics, and inclusive policies with respect to transgender communities. I am currently working on a project that assesses LGBTQ inclusivity in existing urban development programmes and policies in Bengaluru.
