About

Dr. Pushpendra Singh is working as Program Director and Professor-Energy Sciences at Atria University Bengaluru. He did his Master of Technology and Doctorate from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur. With over Nineteen years of teaching, research, and administrative experience, he has held various administrative positions in the capacity of Principal, Head of Department. Before joining Atria University, he was associated with JK Lakshmipat University Jaipur for Nine Years, Sunrise Group of Institutions, Udaipur for one Year and JECRC Jaipur for Ten years.
In his 22 years teaching, administrative and research duration he has published 98 research papers including high repute international journals, international conferences and media articles. 13 patent grant, 7 patent published, 5 copyright granted and 14 media articles (including Times of India, Financial Express etc) in his account. Under his guidance two candidates have awarded PhD degree and two more submitted the thesis. He also has experience of organizing short term training programs, conferences, symposium, and workshops. He is Fellow-IE(India) & Charted Engineer, Senior Member – IEEE, Senior Member-IIIE. He is editorial member and advisory board member of quite a few international journals. He is reviewer of some of the reputed international journals. His research area includes Smart grid, power system restructuring, power quality, integration of DERs, demand side management, electric vehicle technologies, power system stability etc.
