About
I am an Associate Fellow with a strong research focus on energy policy, sustainability and socio-technological transformation. My work spans the development of energy balance frameworks, projections of household energy use, and the evaluation of environmental co-benefits of clean energy transitions in India. I had authored impactful publications, including:
Development of Energy Balance Table for Rural and Urban Households and Evaluation of Energy Consumption in Indian States- a pioneering study on state-wise household energy patterns.
End-use Energy Projections: Future Regional Disparity and Energy Poverty at the Household level in Rural and Urban Areas in India- a forward-looking analysis of energy inequality and poverty.
Direct and Indirect Air Pollutant Reduction as Co-benefits of the Energy Transition Towards Carbon Neutrality in India's Residential Sector- a comprehensive assessment of emissions and policy trade-offs.
I am also a co-editor of the book India-Japan Sustainability and Technology-Led Social Transformation, which explores bilateral cooperation in sustainable development through innovation and emerging technologies.
