About
Brief Biography: Dr Arun Dev Dhar Dwivedi has received his Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, in 2010. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in School of Electronics Engineering at VIT University Vellore. Prior to joining the VIT Vellore he worked in various industries and academic institutions. Previously he worked as Professor (Dec. 2015-May 2020) in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at PU Jaipur. He worked as a Visiting Scientist in Nanoelectronic group at IMS Lab, University of Bordeaux, Talence, France during 2014-2015. He also worked as senior Device modeling Engineer (2012-2014) in Device modeling division of Silvaco Singapore office and as an Assistant Professor at Central University of Rajasthan and Central university of Jharkhand. He has given several invited talks in India and abroad at international meetings. He also worked as SRF (2007-2010) and JRF (2005-2007) at centre for research in microelectronics (CRME), IIT BHU Varanasi. He is senior member of IEEE. He is in Editorial board member and reviewer in several international journals. He has been awarded by Early Career Research award (2017) from science and engineering research board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST) Government of India. He has successfully completed SERB DST funded project entitled "Numerical simulation and compact modeling of organic thin film transistors for future flexible electronics" of worth of INR 4212400.00 during 2017-2020. He has published more than 50 papers in international Journals and 40 papers in conference/seminars. He is reviewer of various international journals like IEEE transaction on electron devices, Organic electronics, Journal of electronic materials, Journal of computational Electronics etc.
Research Interest: His research interest includes Microelectronics and VLSI design, Infrared photodetectors, Optoelectronics (Solar cells, Optical sources and detectors), Organic Electronics/Flexible Electronics, Oxide semiconductor based electronics, Semiconductor devices for sensing applications, Semiconductor device Physics, Physics of solar cells, Nanoelectronics, Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD), EDA and Compact device modeling for IC design.

• Organic Electronics/Flexible Electronics, Medical devices for Biomedical applications
• Oxide semiconductor based electronics, Semiconductor devices for sensing applications,

• Semiconductor device Physics: Physics of solar cells, LEDs, Laser diodes, Photodetectors etc.
