Dr. Rajesh Kumar Upadhyay is currently serving as Professor and Pro Vice Chancellor at COER University. He has over 22 years of academic, research, and administrative experience in the field of Management Studies, with specialization in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. His academic journey includes leadership positions such as Dean, Associate Dean, and Head of Department at reputed institutions including Graphic Era Hill University, IMS Unison University, and MG Kashi Vidyapith.
Dr. Upadhyay has made significant contributions to research and higher education with more than 80 research publications, including papers indexed in SCI, Scopus, and ABDC journals. He holds 7 patents and has successfully guided multiple Ph.D. scholars in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, digital transformation, and technology adoption. His current research interests include Psychological Capital, Team Effectiveness, UPI Adoption, sustainable technology adoption, and AI integration in management education.
He is actively involved in academic administration, curriculum development, research mentoring, and institutional quality enhancement aligned with NEP 2020 and NAAC frameworks. Dr. Upadhyay is committed to promoting technology-enabled education, interdisciplinary research, and industry-oriented learning in management education.
