About
My research primarily focuses on algorithm development for wavefront shaping, 3D holography through scattering medium, and fluorescence imaging/microscopy. We have developed new and efficient iterative optimization algorithms for forming complex structures through the scattering media. Our algorithm incorporates a regularizer in the cost function to optimize speed and contrast. We have developed a setup that allows us to simultaneously focus complex structures in different planes through the scattering medium. In addition to that, we are currently working on mitigating photobleaching using wavefront shaping in fluorescence microscopy. Apart from this, my research interests include: developing new wavefront shaping techniques and setups, application of wavefront shaping to biomedical imaging, and using holographic techniques combined with wavefront shaping for microscopy.
