Having 19+ years of working experience in diverse fields of Banking, Insurance ,IT and Education sector .Have gained well understanding about the working culture, processes and systems of these sectors. Currently working in Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of management & Research, Delhi ( a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Pune, University ranked in top 70 + band by NIRF , as an Asst. Professor (Jan 2010 –till date) .Key roles and responsibilities played during 11 years in education sector have been mentioned below:

 Working as HOD -MBA for management course ,Taking subjects Business environment &,Management concepts & applications, Entrepreneurship development ,HRM
 Have been Secretary -CRC for five years (2010-2014) and used to look tie up for companies for placement, summer training, and industrial visits etc, Invited prominent speakers like Sandeep maheshwaari and Head of companies to campus for guest lectures, seminar panelists and as guest for various functions. Looked after conducting personality development and grooming sessions for UG &PG students.
 Research publications in the area of HRM and general management.
 Have been key member for NBA and UGC committee for making documentation related to different criteria.
 Have been Centre in-charge from University for conducting various outstation entrance examinations.
 Sports-In charge from 2015. Organizing annual sports event and Annual day as In-charge
