About
My research interest includes membrane preparation using various amines in the polymer matrix and developing novel amine carries to enhance the transport of CO2. I have expertise in nano-material synthesis and its characterization for the application of carbon capture. I was working on CO2 separation specifically from CO2/N2 and CO2/H2 gas mixture at a higher temperature during my Ph.D at IIT Guwahati, India. Later, I joined Dr. W.S. Winston Ho’s group at The Ohio State University, USA as a postdoctoral researcher and working on pilot scale skid designing and module fabrication to remove the CO2 at an industrial scale. After Postdoc, I joined CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India as a Scientist where I am working on the gas separation using flat sheet and hollow fiber membranes.
