Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Associate Professor College of Nursing at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh, Uttarakhand India, is having more than 15 years of teaching experience in the nursing profession. He acquired experience by educating undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students. He gained experience by visiting different countries i. Germany, Singapore, and the United States of America for skillful training and education in the nursing profession. He has published more than 65 papers in national and international journals and blessed to author three nursing books. He is nominated for MAHE FAIMER Fellowship at Manipal (The Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research) for developing nursing teaching and training skills in the medical field. He completed his Postdoctorate Fellowship in Nursing offered by INDEN-SIGMA at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland, the USA in 2021. His special areas of interest in research are stress, coping, rehabilitation, caregiver burden, psychological well-being, infectious disease and its impacts on psychological health, current teaching and learning pedagogy for nursing students.
