About
The main focus of my laboratory is to investigate the mechanisms that regulate the disruption of epithelial tight junctions in various disease contexts. We are using a variety of approaches to examine the pathways associated with the break-down of tight junctions. The overall objective is to devise strategies that can prevent or reverse the leakage through tight junctions in disease conditions.
