I am an enthusiastic and knowledgeable social development professional. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, organisations, and projects from the District to State to National level in India. My qualifications align with technical and practical skills in my domain. My key achievements are the successful implementation of multiple programs; proposal development; data visualisation; and team handling, which constitute my capabilities in the public health sector. I would be the best fit for this position and would become a beneficial extension to the organisation.
I am fond of being a part of designing and implementing projects in the field on a large scale. In the programs, I support the team in technical knowledge, communication skills, field experience, capacity building on the subject, advocacy, and networking with stakeholders. I have successfully implemented projects in the domain areas of HIV/AIDS, Sanitation, Rehabilitation, Maternal and Child Nutrition, and Social Welfare Schemes like PradhanMantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Indira Gandhi Matritva Poshan Yojana, Weekly iron Folic Acid supplementation, Care and Support to PLHIVs and multiple interventions in projects. I have experience of working with different departments like ICDS, District Health, District Administration, Mining Department, State AIDS Control Society, Medical Associations,
I started my career as a Program Manager in a health project and later moved to a State level position in the State Training & Resource Center. In STRC, I have trained 3000 staff members of 70 NGOs in two years. As a State Program Officer in PPP-PPTCT (Public-Private Partnership) project. I have implemented the project successfully and partnered with more than 400 private hospitals in the program. Under the program, I facilitated the training for hospital staff on PMTCT guidelines, HIV testing guidelines, counselling, referral and linkages, and pre-exposure prophylaxis. I have trained more than 2500 nurses, OT technicians and laboratory technicians in private hospitals of Delhi.
I worked on a Social Protection Scheme called the PradhanMantri Matru Vandana Yojana (an initiative of the Centre Govt to provide additional cash benefits for nutrition intake) with IPE Global. I was awarded as the best Program Manager and implementor by NITI AAYOG and Minister WCD, Govt. of Rajasthan. With Evidence Action India Foundation as Regional Coordinator for the Weekly Iron Folic Acid Supplementation Program for the Bikaner Region. I was part of the schemes development team of Indira Gandhi Matrutva Poshan Yojana and implemented the schemes in the tribal district of Rajasthan. In the latter part, the schemes owned by the Government of Rajasthan and now expanded across states. I was leading the team in the program.
Currently, I am working with Alliance India as a Program officer (National) and am looking at the North Eastern States and Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. I am handling 2 SR partners and 70 SSR partners in 10 states. I am working HIV Care, Support, and Treatment initiative with 310 Care and Support Centres. I provide technical support to SR and SSRs, training to staff, onsite hand-holding support and mentorship, ensuring compliance with National Treatment guidelines, implementing community-based HIV screening and community-based drug dispensation, and PMTCT/TB/HIV prevention activities.
With all the qualifications and experience in programme implementation, advocacy, partnership with stakeholders, team handling and working with ASHA, ANMs, Primary Health Centres, Community Health Centres, CM&HO, Block CMO, District Collector, State and National level officials, and the time I have spent in the field, I think I can be the best suitable for this position.
