Dr. Rajesh Vaidya has a PhD and an M.Phil.in Management and specialises in the areas of Marketing and sales management, HRM, Corporate Governance, Business Communication, Corporate grooming, Campus recruitment, Personality Development & soft skill training, and training for teachers.
He Has Total work experience of 41 years, 22 years’ experience in Teaching, Training, research, and Academic administration and 19 years in the pharmaceutical and Insurance industry in various leadership positions.

Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor and was Deputy Director at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Nagpur a Constituent of Symbiosis International ( Deemed University ), Pune. prior to this he was working as Asst. Professor at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering & Management (RCOEM), Nagpur shouldering additional responsibility of corporate relations, Training and Placements of MBA Students.
Major Past Assignments & Responsibilities in Academics include HOD and coordinator MBA dept. Kamla Nehru College, Nagpur, Coordinator-MBA G.S College, Wardha, Campus Head- Everonn Business Education Ltd, Campus Head- ICFAI National College, Nagpur, Regional Head-Academics- ICFAI National College, Regional Head-Training & Placements ICFAI National College, Nagpur.

His Key Skills include Teaching, Training, Academic Planning, Academic Administration, Institute Development, Admissions and brand building activities, Course Designing, Corporate Relations, Training & Placements, and Regulatory Compliance.

Has a wide Area/s of Research interest which include HRM, Leadership, Education Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Community engagement and rural engagements.

Recognized Guide for PhD of RTM Nagpur University under Faculty of Commerce (6 Ph.Ds. awarded under his supervision). He is Content developer and writer for management books for ICFAI University, Member of visiting committee for extension of approval of colleges in RTMNU, Book Reviewer for Sage publication, New Delhi.

He is a multitasker and is passionate to utilize his knowledge, skills, and experience for organizational development & for adding Value to all stake holders.
