About
Publishing Editor at RSC | Researcher in Inorganic & Organometallic Chemistry
I enjoy shaping scientific journals and helping researchers turn their ideas into cited and widely shared work. As a publishing editor, I manage initial manuscript assessment, peer review coordination, and support for associate editors. A key part of my role is upholding research integrity, maintaining reviewer engagement, and delivering timely, rigorous publications. I work closely with editors, reviewers, and production teams to keep the workflow on track and ensure quality and reach.
As a researcher, I have expertise in inorganic and organometallic chemistry. I have co-authored 23 scientific articles in reputed journals and developed skills in designing and synthesizing new organometallic compounds. My laboratory experience includes handling air- and moisture-sensitive reagents using Schlenk line and glove box techniques. I am well trained in structural elucidation of organic and inorganic compounds using UV-Vis, IR, HRMS, NMR, and single-crystal XRD, and I have experience in electronic structure analysis of complexes through density functional theory (DFT).
