Dr. Ashwani Kumar (Ph.D. (Physics), M.Tech. (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology): Currently he is an Assistant Professor, at the Department Research & development Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. He has published over 42 research papers in high-impact international and national journals with over 450 citations, h-index-15, i10-index 20. He received his B.Sc. from HP University Shimla, M.Sc. in Physics from B.U. Jhansi, M.Tech. in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology from Panjab University Chandigarh, India. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from PTU Jalandhar (a state university), India. He worked in the Chandigarh University Mohali and GGDSD College Chandigarh as an Assistant Professor of Physics. He also confirmed to receive the IAAM Young Scientist Medal 2017, India. His scientific interests were on Perovskite solar cells, nanotechnology, and thin film fabrication for optoelectronic device applications. He is concurrently engaged in the development of materials for energy applications. Development of novel systems and gadgets for prospective applications. He is presently engaged in the manufacturing of thin films from various materials for solar cell applications and Photocatalytic performence. He has guided 14 M.Sc. students.
