I, Dr Prashant Kumar Rai, have done my post doctorate from AIIMS, New Delhi, India. I have done my D. Phil from Allahabad University, India in 2009. I have two Patent and more than forty five International and National publications inclusive of five book chapters. I have worked as a Post Doc Fellow (academic year 2010 – 2011), Department of Chemical Technology, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. I currently serve as lead guest editor in Experimental Diabetes Research, and associate editor in few journals viz. British Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Advance Journal of Food Science and Technology & International Journal of Basic Science and Applied Medical Science.
