Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the department of mathematics at Girijananda Chowdhury University, India. I have obtained my PhD degree at the Department of Mathematics, Gauhati University, working under the supervision of Prof. Hemanta Kumar Sarmah. My research interest involves studying ecological, epidemiological complex systems from the perspective of dynamical systems. My current interests are the effects of psychological changes on animals in their life history and studies of different contagious diseases from the perspective of mathematical modelling. I am very much interested in the bifurcation analysis of dynamical systems, especially the codimension two bifurcations. I am also interested in mathematical models of fractional differential equations and their bifurcation analysis.
