About
• I am an experimental physicist keen to pursue research toward sustainable advanced functional materials and
technologies for the future.
• My research interests lie in developing flexible and biocompatible piezoelectric materials and memristor devices for
wearable technologies.
• I have expertise in several chemical synthesis and fabrication techniques including thin films and fiber electrospinning
technologies.
• Through my current research, I enhanced the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of PVDF by incorporating MoS2
nanosheets, achieving an 11-fold increase in remnant polarization compared to pristine PVDF, which enabled the
development of lead-free polymer nanocomposites for applications in flexible sensors, data storage, and energy
harvesting devices.
• I synthesized memristive devices based on PVDF nanocomposites and investigated their resistive switching
characteristics.
• I investigated the resistive switching characteristics of barium titanate (BaTiO3) and strontium titanate (SrTiO3) thin
films.
