Ratiram Gomaji Chaudhary is currently working as Professor and Head at the Post-Graduate Department of Chemistry, Seth Kesarimal Porwal College, Kamptee. He is a senate member of RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, and a Board member of the Chemistry subject. He is a recipient of several awards like ISCAS-Silver medal-2025, ACT Best Teacher Young Award-2024, 'Best Researcher Award-2023 of RTM Nagpur University, Young Scientist Award in ICFM-2024, 'Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship Award' as JRF by UGC, Mahatma Jyotirao Fule: State Level Best Researcher Award; 'Young Scientist Award' and 'Award of Appreciation, four time "Best Researcher Award" by Porwal College Kamptee, Outstanding Reviewer Award by IOP-VAST publishers. His research area is biogenic synthesis, Phytosynthesis, Bionanomaterials, Carbon-based materials, Biological assay, and Photocatalytic degradation of toxic compounds. He has completed a Major Research Project funded by SERB/DST, India. He is a recognized supervisor, and has awarded Ph.D students under his guidance-06, working 06, and MSc Projects completed 85. He has published research papers-105; review articles-25, short review articles-05, and Chapters-35. Moreover, he has published nine Books in different publishers viz. Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, MRF. He worked as guest editor for three reputed journals, viz, Materials Today: Proceedings, Current Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, and Current Nanoscience. Moreover, he is the review editor of four SCI journals of Frontier. He is a reviewer of 87 SCI/Scopus-indexed Journals and has reviewed more than 300 articles. He is a life member of nine scientific bodies. He has delivered various invited talks in international conferences and webinars. He has organized Six National/International conferences/Webinars. Moreover, he has scientific collaborations with several reputed researchers from overseas countries.
