Dr. Ernest Jebolise CHUKWUKA is an international scholar and award-winning researcher with scholarly experience spanning over 15 years. He is a research grant winner and currently he was recognized as the best researcher in the University of Delta, Agbor through the World global ranking index body for academics. He is currently a best-selling author and the most cited scholar in his university. He has over ninety (90) published research papers and books on Scopus and other reputable and peer-reviewed international journals. He is also the managing editor of the Unidel Journal of Management Sciences, one of the pioneering journals in the University of Delta, Agbor.

He is a reviewer with some reputable international journals as well as national journals. He was recognized as a Scopus journal reviewer of the year in one of the Scopus journals. He has a PhD in management specializing in entrepreneurial management and strategy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a certified management consultant, and a member of the Academy of Management Nigeria (MAMN). He is currently the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation and a senior lecturer.
