I am agronomist with 15 years of experience (12 years of post-PhD experience) in agricultural research and development in South Asia and South East Asia. Leading research and development related to sustainable intensification technologies in rice and maize-based cropping systems in South Asia. Have vast experience in partnership development and collaboration with various partners, funders, policy makers, government and private institutions for implementing the research and development projects in multiple countries and states, participatory development and field evaluation of technologies, socio-economic survey, project management, and training and capacity building of various stokeholds including farmers, government and private partners, researchers etc.
