About

I am a clinical research professional, pharmaceutical scientist, educator, and healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical research operations, pharmaceutical sciences, quality management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. My professional journey has been driven by a passion for advancing healthcare through research, scientific excellence, operational effectiveness, and continuous learning. Over the years, I have cultivated expertise that integrates pharmaceutical knowledge, clinical development, leadership, academic engagement, and evidence-based healthcare practices.

Currently, I serve as a Centralized Clinical Team Lead II (cCTL II) at Fortrea, where I support the successful execution of global clinical trials through operational oversight, quality-focused decision-making, compliance management, and stakeholder collaboration. My role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical research while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and patient-centric principles. I take pride in contributing to studies that support the development of safe and effective therapies for patients worldwide.

My foundation in Pharmaceutical Sciences has played a significant role in shaping my professional outlook. Through my academic training, I developed a comprehensive understanding of pharmacology, drug development, research methodologies, and healthcare innovation. This scientific background has enabled me to bridge the gap between pharmaceutical research and clinical application, allowing me to approach clinical development with both technical expertise and strategic perspective.

From the beginning of my career, I have been motivated by the belief that scientific research can transform lives. This belief continues to guide my professional efforts in clinical research, where every activity ultimately contributes to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge. My experience encompasses various aspects of clinical trial operations, including quality oversight, compliance monitoring, centralized review processes, risk assessment, performance management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse cross-functional teams, including clinical operations professionals, study managers, quality specialists, project leaders, investigators, and global stakeholders. These experiences have strengthened my ability to collaborate effectively in complex environments, manage competing priorities, and support organizational objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance.

One of my greatest professional strengths is balancing operational excellence with regulatory expectations. I firmly believe that successful clinical research requires efficiency without compromising quality, ethics, or patient safety. My approach combines structured planning, proactive risk management, clear communication, and continuous improvement to ensure that clinical studies are conducted according to the highest standards. I consistently strive to create processes and workflows that enhance productivity, improve quality, and support sustainable success.

As a leader, I place significant emphasis on accountability, transparency, and professional development. I believe that leadership is not solely about achieving objectives but also about empowering people. I am committed to creating collaborative environments where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best. Through mentorship, coaching, and open communication, I encourage continuous learning and personal growth while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.

My interest in quality management, operational excellence, inspection readiness, workload optimization, and risk-based approaches has allowed me to contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency and compliance within clinical research operations. I enjoy identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing practical solutions that strengthen both team performance and organizational effectiveness. These efforts help create systems that are more resilient, efficient, and capable of meeting evolving research demands.

Beyond my industry responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in academia and professional education. Throughout my career, I have been invited to serve as a Chief Guest, Resource Person, Expert Member, Speaker, and Session Contributor at academic institutions, scientific forums, workshops, and professional conferences. These opportunities have provided a platform to share insights, exchange knowledge, and inspire the next generation of healthcare and research professionals.
