Prof. (Dr.) Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa is working as Controller of Examinations & Professor (Computer Science) at Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Patiala, Punjab, India. He is BE(Computer Engg.), MTech(IT), Ph.D. in Computer Engg. (In the field of Mobile Computing & Information Systems) from Punjabi University Patiala. He has guided thesis of 40+ M.Tech-CSE (PG) students & guided Thesis of 9 Ph.D. scholars & is also currently guiding 2 Ph.D. scholars. He has authored 148+ publications in various esteemed international referred journals (SCI, SCOPUS, WoS) & proceedings of reputed International conferences including IEEE & ACM. He has been granted 3 International Patents & 1 Indian Patent has been published and is on review board of various reputed International Journals. Dr. KS Dhindsa is member of various International societies including ACM, fellow of IEI(I), member of ISTE.
