About
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery, University of Wisconsin–Madison, developing machine learning and network-based methods to analyze single-cell and bulk multi-omics data, with a focus on gene regulatory networks and evolutionary systems biology. I earned my Ph.D. in Systems Biology from the University of Calcutta, studying neurophysiopharmacological mechanisms of human brain networks, supported by the DBT-BINC Fellowship. My work integrates bioinformatics, computational pharmacology, and artificial intelligence to generate interpretable insights into complex biological systems. I have published in peer-reviewed journals and actively contribute as a reviewer and mentor in the computational biology community.
