I completed my studies in M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D from Delhi University in 1984, 1993 and 2000 respectively. Having acquired necessary academic qualifications, I started my teaching career in Commerce at Shivaji College from 1995 and onwards. At present, I am working as Associate Professor in Commerce and have been teaching such subjects as General Management, Organisational Behaviour, Income Tax Law and Corporate Accounting. In addition, have been publishing research papers in the fields of Organisational Behaviour (OB) and different Tax Laws in India in various journals of national and international repute.
