Dr. Singh received a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur Central University (India) in 2020. He had 2-year post-doctoral experience in chemical engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei Taiwan. He has published over 60 international journal papers, 8 book chapters and one patent. Currently Working in Micron, Taiwan, on innovation for the next generation of semiconductor manufacturing technology and better device performances.
