About
Arun Karumattu Manattu, PhD, is a Scientist II at the Pediatric Neuromodulation Laboratory, Waisman Center, University of Wisconsin–Madison. His research focuses on early brain development and neuroplasticity in infants and children with perinatal brain injury, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.
He integrates multimodal neuroimaging and neurophysiological techniques, including MRI, fNIRS, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), to study cortical organization and recovery. His work aims to identify early biomarkers and develop neuromodulation-informed rehabilitation strategies to improve outcomes in pediatric populations.
