I am Sneha Naik, an accomplished academic specializing in chemistry, renowned for my innovative teaching approaches and exceptional academic achievements. Graduating with an outstanding grade in MSc Organic Chemistry from Goa University, my educational journey has been marked by consistent excellence, including distinctions in my BSc and Intermediate studies.
My teaching career spans various prestigious institutions, notably serving as a lecturer and Assistant Professor at Carmel College for Women and DM’s College of Arts, Science & Commerce in Goa. I am recognized for my ability to present complex subject matter effectively, utilizing both traditional and modern teaching aids.
My research pursuits have been substantial, highlighted by my role as a Research Associate for a DST-sponsored project focused on synthesizing heterocyclic compounds. This experience honed my skills in compound synthesis, purification techniques, and structural elucidation using spectroscopic methods.
Contributing to the scholarly discourse, I have authored papers published in esteemed journals such as MonatshChem and Synthetic Communications, reflecting my dedication to advancing scientific knowledge. Furthermore, I have presented my research findings at national and international conferences, showcasing my commitment to academic dissemination.

My involvement in administrative roles, committee memberships, and external collaborations underscores my proactive engagement within the academic community.As a life member of the Association of Chemistry Teachers (ACT) in Goa and an annual member of the society for Materials Chemistry (SMC), I am deeply committed to fostering academic excellence. Proficient in languages such as English, Konkani, Marathi, and Hindi, I possess strong communication skills essential for effective collaboration and dissemination of knowledge.
